We offer both Executive Search and Selection services and, where
appropriate a combination of the two techniques. Factors taken into
account include the seniority and complexity of the appointment
as well as supply and demand factors in the employment market.
Permanent Placements
Selection revolves around database searching and advertising.
Executive Searches
Search is covert - it's not done through advertising. It targets
non-active job seekers and usually relates to senior or specialised
roles.
Project Management
We are able to assist your organisation with any HR related
projects such as:
- Start up infrastructure analysis and support
- Bulk recruitment and screening
- Outplacements
- Divisional/Site specific HR infrastructure assessment and reccomendation
- Provision of short or long term contractors and project teams
Depending on the size, scope, timeframes and desired outcome(s),
Executive HR will assign an appropriate project team to cater for
your requirements. Using our expertise and international network
of business professionals we are able to act on your behalf to get
things done, but yet remain a variable overhead.
Psychological Testing
Where required, we utilise psychological testing (via external consultants)
to provide an alternative view on a person’s capabilities.
This series of tests usually falls into two major groups: tests
of ability and personality tests.
Training Packages
Executive HR is happy to work in conjunction with you to jointly
develop any training packages, documents or procedures and systems
as necessary. These will remain your property, excepting only those
packages that may include Proprietary software or psychological
testing instruments, which are used under license by EHR and are
not its property to begin with.
Reference Checking
The reference check provides an opportunity to confirm the behavioural
observations made by the Consultant during the interview process
and confirms the candidate’s previous performance history.
In order to maintain candidate confidentially, detailed reference
checking is not conducted until (at the earliest) after the first
interview and mutual interest established.
Distance Interviews and Meetings
We have the ability to arrange interviews and meetings for you in
250 cities around the world through our virtual office partners,
Servcorp. Most of these locations also offer video conferencing
facilities, which would have to be one of the most cost effective
means to interview a candidate either interstate or overseas.
